Terms and Conditions of “Magic Colours” Event

Please read through these Terms in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before participating in this promotion.

Date of Event: 11.12.2023-30.12.2023

This event will be held in the following stores: Artane, Blanchardstown, Celbridge, Clondalkin, Drogheda, Swords, Lucan, Tallaght.

General Conditions:

• All entries must be submitted by the child’s parent or guardian
• Add a creative touch to a specific magazine page with colours
• Carefully cut it out of the magazine
• Present your child’s drawing to a participating store cashier and sign the consent form as a parent or guardian for marketing and publicity purposes
• Receive a special gift – a miniature artist’s kit
• A store employee may offer to take a photo of the child with the drawing
• After the event, all drawings will be displayed on a special panel in the store
• PoloStores reserves the right to provide an alternative gift should the advertised gift become unavailable for reasons beyond its control and will not be held liable where such charges are incurred
• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at our sole discretion at any time
• Valid only at participating stores
• Your participation in this event is deemed to be your acceptance of its terms and conditions.

The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
