Terms and Conditions for the «Win 2 Tickets to Ukrainian Music Party»

1. Organizer:
The ticket giveaway is organized by PoloStores in collaboration with the “Ukrainian Music Party” event team.

2. Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
The giveaway is open to all residents of Ireland.

3. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway starts on January 8, 2025.
The deadline for participation is January 20, 2025, 11:59 PM.

4. How to Participate:

On Facebook or Instagram:
Facebook: Comment on the promotional post, tagging a friend you’d like to attend the event with.
Instagram: Comment on the promotional post, tagging a friend you’d like to attend the event with.
You can tag multiple friends in separate comments; each comment counts as an entry.
Sharing the post on your Instagram or Facebook story is encouraged to support the charity but is not mandatory to participate.

5. Selection of Winners:

Two winners will be selected randomly from Facebook entries.
Two winners will be selected randomly from Instagram entries.
Winners will be chosen using the Random.org platform to ensure a fair and unbiased selection process.

6. Announcement of Winners:

Winners will be announced on PoloStores’ official Facebook and Instagram pages on January 20, 2025.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim their prize.

7. Prize Details:

Each winner will receive 2 tickets to the “Ukrainian Music Party” event on January 31, 2025, in Dublin, Ireland.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

8. Additional Rules:

Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information for prize notification.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow PoloStores to use their name and profile (if applicable) in promotional materials related to the giveaway.

    Two exclusive voucher options are available:
  • Voucher 10 OFF 50: €10 discount for purchases of €50 or more 
  • Voucher 20 OFF 100: €20 discount for purchases of €100 or more 
  1. Eligibility Requirements
  • App Requirement: Vouchers are available exclusively to customers who have downloaded and registered in the Polostores mobile app.
  • Usage Limitations: Vouchers can only be redeemed once per eligible purchase during the promotion period.
  1. Voucher Validity
  • Valid Dates: Vouchers can only be redeemed on May 2, 3, and 4, 2025.
  • Expiration: Any unused vouchers will expire after May 5, 2025, and will no longer be valid for redemption.
