1. The Polostores REWARDS CLUB is being created by Polostores retailers (“Polostores”) operating under the Polostores brand and is open to customers who are using the Polostores Rewards Club Application (“App”) aged 18 or over.
2. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. By using our App, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of them, you must not use our App.

4. To join our loyalty program, you must download the Polostores Rewards Club Application software from an Apple Store/Play Store and register your account with an up-to-date mobile phone number and email address.
5. Existing Polostores Rewards Club members who want to download the App to a new device must log in using the same personal email address and password they used to log in at first registration.
6. If you have established your Rewards Club Account with us and have not made any purchases within 12 months, we reserve the right to deactivate your account, remove your personal information from our database and cancel any vouchers you have earned prior to that date. Polostores assumes no liability for the loss of any loyalty vouchers due to deactivation. You can rejoin the loyalty program at any time.
7. Different versions of the software are available for different mobile phones. For technical reasons, it may not be possible to offer software suitable for some types of devices. If there is no suitable software for your mobile phone, you cannot use loyalty program on the appropriate device. Due to the constantly changing product range in the mobile device market, Polostores cannot offer a real list of all mobile phones that are suitable for using our loyalty program.
8. The email address and mobile phone number you provide as a username for your account cannot be transferred to another account. The specified email address or mobile phone number must be for personal use and must not belong to anyone other than you. You are responsible for the security of your account and password, and Polostores cannot be held responsible for losses or damage caused by individual unauthorized access to your account.
9. Upon registration you will receive the Rewards Club Card number which is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.
10. You will be able to use App in any participating store in the Republic of Ireland.
11. Your Rewards Club card number must be provided to the cashier at the checkout when making a purchase to generate a savings voucher.
12. The voucher amount will be generated based on the amount you have spent according to various thresholds. Please see separate Terms and Conditions for various threshold amounts.
13. Alcohol, Tobacco products, Deposit Return Scheme deposit fees, plastic shopping bags or any other carrier grocery bags and items on Sale are excluded from the threshold amount for generating a voucher.
14. Voucher may not be used for purchases in respect of Alcohol, Tobacco products, plastic shopping bags or any other carrier grocery bags, items on Sale and on the deposit fees under Deposit Return Scheme.
15. Other products and ranges may be excluded at any time and without prior notice and such changes will be at the discretion of the Polostores or by Irish or EU legislation.
16. Polostores Rewards Club vouchers carry an expiry date. Vouchers cannot be used beyond that date and the value will not be reissued to your Polostores REWARDS CLUB account.
17. Polostores reserves the right to change the validity of vouchers, redemption value of vouchers and the method of voucher delivery.
18. The user of the Polostores REWARDS CLUB Application is obliged to install its updates offered by Polostores. We will keep you informed of such as you use our software.
19. Polostores is not responsible for any interruption in the availability of the REWARDS CLUB Application, inability to generate and redeem vouchers due to technical problems, as well as for any inconvenience or loss that this may cause. Our online shopping service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we cannot guarantee that the service will operate without errors.
20. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Irish law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

• Download Polostores Rewards Club Application (App), register your account and get €5 Welcome voucher.
• Each registration generates a maximum of one voucher per person, mobile number and email address.
• €5 Welcome Voucher can be used on €25 spent at participating Polostores in Ireland.
• The €5 welcome voucher will be valid for 28 (twenty-eight) days after the date of registration.
• Validity periods are indicated on the voucher and cannot be accepted after their expiration dates.
• Activate the voucher in the App and present it along with your Polostores REWARDS CLUB number at the checkout when making a purchase to redeem the voucher.
• The voucher can only be used if the specified minimum amount has been spent in one transaction, excluding non-participating items.
• Voucher may not be used for purchases in respect of Alcohol, Tobacco products, plastic shopping bags or any other carrier grocery bags, items on Sale and on the deposit fees under Deposit Return Scheme.
• Other products and ranges may be excluded at any time and without prior notice and such changes will be at the discretion of the Polostores or by Irish or EU legislation.
• The voucher can only be accepted at the time of transaction.
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• Voucher must be fully redeemed in one transaction, no change can be given.

• The Welcome Voucher is offered to all new registered customers as a temporary promotion and may be changed or withdrawn by Polostores at any time without prior notice.

• €5 voucher will be valid for 7 (seven) days from the next date of purchase.
• From the 8th day, the value of the voucher will be reduced and a €2.5 voucher will be generated which you can use by spending €50 in one transaction.
  This €2.5 voucher will be valid for another 7 (seven) days.

• Validity periods are indicated on the voucher and cannot be accepted after their expiration dates.
