TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE POLOSTORES EASTER RAFFLE
Please read through these Terms in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before participating in this promotion.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Name of the promotion: Polostores Easter Raffle.

1.2. Organizer: Polostores.

1.3. Promotion period: March 31, 2024 – April 20, 2025.

1.4. Promotion Place: This promotion will be held in the following stores: Polostores Blanchardstown, Tallaght, Clondalkin, Celbridge, Lucan, Swords, Artane, Drogheda, Maryland, Balbriggan, Dundalk, Ballyjamesduff, Ardee

1.5. Eligible Participants: All Polostores Rewards Club mobile app users.

2. Participation Conditions

2.1. To participate in the raffle, an individual must meet the following criteria during the promotion period:

• • • • • Download and install the Polostores mobile app.
        • Make a purchase of at least €25 through the Polostores mobile app, in accordance with the rules of the Polostores Rewards Club, available at:
          https://polostores.net/loyalty-program/

2.2. Participation in the raffle is automatic once the above conditions are met.

2.3. Purchases made outside the mobile app or for less than €25 are not eligible for the promotion.

3. Prizes

3.1. First prize: Delonghi Coffe Machine

3.2. Second prize: Ninja Crispi Air Fryer

3.3. Third prize: The Kitchen Aid Mixer

3.4. Additional prizes: Seven winners will each receive an Easter Hamper with products
from Polostores.

4. Draw Procedure

4.1. Between March 31, 2024 – April 20, 2025, customers can participate in the raffle by making eligible purchases through the Polostores app.

4.2. After the promotion period ends, the marketing team will generate a list of all participants who meet the conditions.

4.3. On April 23, 2025, an online draw will be held using the random.org service. All eligible participants will have an equal chance to win.

4.4. Notification of winners:

5. Additional Terms

5.1. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.

5.2. Polostores reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.4. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to contact winners due to incorrect contact details provided by participants.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

6.1 Personal Information: Participation in this promotion requires users to be registered on the Polostores Rewards Club Application. Information is collected in line with Polostores’ Privacy Policy to ensure customer privacy and data security.

6.2 The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
