Terms and Conditions of Back-to-School Raffle

Please read through these Terms in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before participating in this event.

General Rules of Raffle:

  1. Eligibility:
  • The raffle is open to all visitors of participating PoloStores during the promotional period.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Participants can enter by using either Facebook or Instagram. If photos are uploaded on both platforms, the participant will still be counted as a single entry.
  1. How to Enter:
  • Visit any of the selected PoloStores  (Blanchardstown, Tallaght, Clondalkin, Celbridge, Swords, Artane, Drogheda, Lucan, Dundalk, Maryland) anytime from August 19 to September 20, 2024.
  • Take a photo with the provided photo frame at the store.
  • Upload the photo to your social media profile (Instagram or Facebook).
  • Use the hashtag #PolostoresBackToSchool and tag the PoloStores page in your description.
  1. Photo Requirements:
  • The photo should be clear and include people along with the photo frame.

  • Post should be public, not only for friends.

  • Posts should include the hashtag #PolostoresBackToSchool.
  1. Prize Details:
  • Nine prizes will be awarded:
    • 3 x Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablets
    • 3 x JBL Go 4 Portable Bluetooth Speakers
    • 3 x Fitbit Ace 3 kids watches
  1. Winner Selection:
  • The selection will take place on September 25, 2024.
  • The PoloStores team will review all entries to ensure compliance with the rules (correct hashtag, photo with the photo frame etc.).
  • Posts not meeting the criteria will be disqualified.
  • Eligible participants will be numbered, and 9 winners will be chosen randomly using random.org.
  • A link to the random.org selection will be made available for transparency.
  1. Winner Announcement:
  • Winners will be announced on the official PoloStores social media pages.
  • Each winner will also be notified via a direct message on the platform where the post was made.
  1. Prize Collection:
  • Winners can collect their prizes from the nearest PoloStores location.
  1. General Conditions:
  • By entering the raffle, participants agree to the terms and conditions.
  • PoloStores reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions.
  • The decision of PoloStores is final and binding in all matters relating to the raffle.
  • By entering the raffle, participants give PoloStores permission to use their submitted photos on the PoloStores’ social media pages.

  1. BBQ Vouchers
    Two exclusive voucher options are available:
  • Voucher 10 OFF 50: €10 discount for purchases of €50 or more 
  • Voucher 20 OFF 100: €20 discount for purchases of €100 or more 
  1. Eligibility Requirements
  • App Requirement: Vouchers are available exclusively to customers who have downloaded and registered in the Polostores mobile app.
  • Usage Limitations: Vouchers can only be redeemed once per eligible purchase during the promotion period.
  1. Voucher Validity
  • Valid Dates: Vouchers can only be redeemed on May 2, 3, and 4, 2025.
  • Expiration: Any unused vouchers will expire after May 5, 2025, and will no longer be valid for redemption.
  1. Promotional Timeline & Notifications
  • Voucher Distribution: Vouchers will be issued through push notifications on April 30, 2025, exclusively to app users.
  • Real-Time Notifications:
    • Start of Promotion (02.05.2025): Notification will be sent to inform users that vouchers are active.
    • Final Day Reminder (04.05.2025): A reminder will be sent to inform users of the last day to use vouchers.
  1. Voucher Expiry Policy
  • Expiry Date: All unused vouchers will expire on May 5, 2025.
  • Post-Promotion Voucher Policy: Customers who redeem vouchers during the promotion will be eligible for future vouchers in line with Polostores’ standard reward scheme, based on purchase levels.

  • Personal Information: Participation in this promotion requires users to be registered on the Polostores app. Information is collected in line with Polostores' Privacy Policy to ensure customer privacy and data security.
