Terms and Conditions - Polostores BBQ RAFFLE Draw Event

Event Details

The Polostores BBQ RAFFLE Draw event will take place on June 29, 2024, at 12:00 PM at: 11, Coolmine Industrial Estate, Porters Rd, Blanchardstown, Dublin, D15 H6TX. The event will be broadcast LIVE on the Polostores YouTube page.

Photography and Image Use Consent

A photographer will be present at the event. By attending the event and participating in the photo session, you agree to the use of these photos for advertising purposes on social media or in printed press.

Child Supervision

A children’s entertainer will be present at the event. However, it is strictly forbidden to leave children unsupervised. Parents or guardians are responsible for the continuous supervision of their children throughout the event.

Winner Announcement and Contact

Prize winners are not required to be present at the event to claim their prizes. After the event, organizers will contact each winner to provide the necessary information on how to claim their prize.

Privacy Policy

The personal information collected during the registration will be used exclusively for the draw and to contact the winners. We will not distribute or sell your personal information to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

The event organizers do not assume responsibility for any incident or accident that may occur during the event. Participants attend the event at their own risk.

Terms and Conditions of Barbeque's Raffle

Please read through these Terms in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before participating in this event.

Date of Event: 03.06.2024-23.06.2024

This event will be held in the following stores: Artane, Blanchardstown, Celbridge, Clondalkin, Drogheda, Swords, Lucan, Tallaght, Dundalk

General Conditions:

  • Customers must download the Polostores Rewards Club mobile app and use it to make a purchase of at least €25.
  • Alcohol, Tobacco products, Deposit Return Scheme deposit fees, plastic shopping bags or any other carrier grocery bags and items on Sale are excluded from the threshold amount for generating a voucher
  • A special ticket will be printed on the receipt, giving the customer the opportunity to win.
  • A special ticket will be printed only on receipts where the Polostores Rewards Club mobile app was used
  • If a customer makes a purchase of more than €25 but does not use the Polostores Rewards Club app, they will not be entered into the draw.
  • The raffle ticket must be detached, filled with the customer’s first name, last name, telephone number and placed in the designated box installed at our participating stores
  • The number of entries is unlimited
  • On June 29, 2024, we will hold an official drawing for winners at the Polostores Blanchardstown and stream the draw online on our Facebook page @PolostoresIreland and Instagram page @polostores_ireland
  • There will be 9 prizes in total – 9 Barbeque Sets
    One Barbeque Set includes – Grill, Charcoal, BBQ Skewers, Liquid for BBQ,  3kg of Marinated Meat.
  • One Barbeque Set will be drawn for each store, so each store will have its own winner.
  • We will contact the winners directly via phone and let them know how to claim their prize at the store they entered.
  • If we are unable to contact the winner due to the participant’s fault (incorrect data, unavailable), he will not be able to receive the prize.
  • In this case, the draw will be rescheduled for this store, which we will additionally inform participants about.
  • Winners agree to have their photo taken by a store employee.
  • A person can only win at one store. If the same person enters and wins at multiple stores, we will only offer one prize and re-select a different winner for that store.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at our sole discretion at any time.
  • Your participation in this event is deemed to be your acceptance of its terms and conditions.
