Terms and Conditions of Back-to-School Promotion

Please read through these Terms in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before participating in this promotion.

This promotion will be held in the following stores: Artane, Blanchardstown, Celbridge, Clondalkin, Drogheda, Swords, Lucan, Tallaght, Ballbriggan, Dundalk, Ardee, Galway, Ballyjamesduff and Cavan.

General Conditions:

• Spend €50 on one purchase at PoloStores and get a €5 discount.
• Discount can only be used provided the minimum amount of €50 has been spent in your next single transaction.
• Present a purchase receipt (“Check”) with the Barcode at the start of your transaction at the checkout.
• Valid only for 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, but no later than the promotion end date 17.09.2023.
• Discounts may not be used for purchases in respect of Alcohol products.
• Discount may not be exchanged for cash, no change is given.
• To alter, copying or deface checks in any way will render them invalid/void.
• PoloStores will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged Che
• Checks are subject to verification during presentation and we reserve the right not to accept Checks at our absolute discretion.
• We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions in our sole discretion at any time, without affecting purchases already made.
